If you ordered your yearbook or yearbook products through your school, contact your school's yearbook adviser.

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are not able to process refunds or returns on personalized products.

With personalization products, Jostens is not responsible for errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
